I Couldn’t Scan My App When I Made My Order, How Can I Still Earn Rewards Progress?

If you made an order at sweetgreen but weren’t able to scan your app at the time of the transaction, we may still be able to add your rewards progress to your account.

Just shoot us an email at sweetgreen@thelevelup.com with the following:

  • A photo of the receipt from your order
  • The reason you weren’t able to scan your app
    • This helps us to make sure that there are no store-level technical issues that are preventing guests from scanning in-store.

If you don’t have a receipt, please send us a screenshot of your bank statement (making sure to crop out any sensitive information) showing the date and amount of the transaction.
